Izumi City amenities & four-layer security
Amenities at Izumi City work on two levels: facilities reserved for residents inside the Izumi Canaria compound, and shared facilities across the ~170 ha township. This page lists each, along with security and education.
Two residents-only clubhouses in Canaria

Waterside amenities
Along the river and canal runs a chain of smaller facilities: pocket parks, a linear garden, outdoor fitness, a kayak launch, Canal Front Plaza, a landscape bridge, a yacht jetty and a small marina. Walkways are laid out so residents reach the main facilities within 100 m (~1.5 minutes) or 200 m (~3 minutes); the training deck states every internal amenity is within about 2 minutes.

Township-wide amenities
According to the brochure, the wider Izumi City plan includes a Marina Club, clubhouse, yacht harbour, pharmacy, convenience stores, neighbourhood parks, relaxation gardens, a sports club complex, a central park, promenades, a shopping centre, a kindergarten, a primary school, a K-12 school, medical facilities and a boat landing. The 1.6 km canal-side Relaxation Axis is planned with a hot spring and zen garden.
Township-wide amenities are delivered in phases; timing and scale may be adjusted to actual rollout.
Education: Uppingham School
Uppingham School was founded in England in 1584 and has around 450 years of history. Its Đồng Nai campus is about 5 minutes from Izumi City, with 1,900 places in phase 1. Project materials give a 6.7 ha campus opening in the 2027–28 academic year, while the brochure gives 6.1 ha and 2028–29. The opening date is decided by the school.
Frequently asked questions
Does Izumi Canaria have swimming pools?
Yes. Canaria Club has an adult pool and a children’s pool; Neighborhood Club has a landscape pool. Both clubhouses are for Canaria residents only.
How is security handled at Izumi Canaria?
Canaria is a closed compound with four-layer security operating 24/7: facial recognition, licence-plate recognition, AI PTZ cameras, video intercom, swing barriers, visitor QR codes and AI pool surveillance. It is enclosed by a 2 m VRC steel mesh fence and 2.4 m masonry walls.
When will Uppingham School open?
Project materials give the 2027–28 academic year; the brochure gives 2028–29. Phase 1 will take 1,900 students. The opening date will be announced by the school.
Is there a fee to use the clubhouses?
Current materials do not list a separate clubhouse fee. The management fee is waived from the first handover notice until 30 November 2029 (conditions apply); after that it is expected at VND 22,000 – 25,000 per m² (excluding VAT).
