Current address: Đại lộ Nguyễn Hữu Cảnh, Phường Long Hưng, Tỉnh Đồng Nai. Before the 2025 administrative reorganisation, the same location was written as Xã Long Hưng, TP. Biên Hòa, Tỉnh Đồng Nai — a form that still appears on legal documents issued earlier.
On legal documents the project is named Đồng Nai Waterfront; Izumi City is its commercial name.
